Organize Your Image Library With A Few Simple Tips

Atwill Media makes it easy for you to view all of the beautiful pictures that you've previously uploaded to your website thanks to the Image Library option, located in your Admin Dashboard.

This handy little option helps you to organize, categorize, add more images, or delete images all in one place! It's fantastic for when you need to find exactly the right photo for a page on your website.

If you're unsure how to access your Image Library, or all of the helpful ways it can be utilized to boost the success of your website, we've got a few simple tips for you to follow.

To access your Image Library, you'll first need to login to your website using your email and password. Once you're logged in, you can access your Image Library by clicking on Admin Dashboard located on the right side of your Toolbar.

The Admin Dashboard is where you'll find various options for adding and editing specific parts of your website, but for right now, all you need to do is click on the big blue button that says Image Library.

Once you're in your Image Library, you'll see a collection of all the photos you've previously uploaded to your library. You'll also see various option for adding, deleting, editing, and categorizing your images.

Categories

On the left side of the Image Library are all of the categories you've added to your Image Library. Even if you don't have any categories currently set up in your Image Library, your images will always appear under the All Images option. Any image that you upload that isn't attached to a specific category will also be placed in the Uncategorized section.

If you want to edit and manage the categories in your Image Library, simply click the button that says "Manage Categories" at the top of the Image Library page. You can add new categories by clicking the Add Category button. You can also edit previously added categories by clicking in the Text Box for the category you want to edit. If you no longer need a certain category and you want to get rid of it, just click the Delete button next to the category you want to trash.

Your new categories will show up on the list of categories on the main page of your Image Library.

Add or Delete Images

Your Image Library also allows you to Add or Delete images in your library. To add an image, click the Add Images button. To delete certain images, just click the Delete Images button. Both are located next to the Manage Categories button.

You can also drag and drop images to your Image Library from your computer to add them in a more convenient way. Just select the image you want to add from your computer, hold down the left click button on your mouse, and drag the image over to the prompt that says "Click or Drag Images Here to Add Images."

If you need to edit the details of an image, just click on the image you want to edit from your Image Library and you'll be taken to an Edit Photo Details screen. Here, you can edit the category, name of your photo, photo description, and you can also rotate your photo left or right in 90 degree intervals.

Your website's Image Library is a fantastic place to manage all of your images on your website, add new images, or create new categories for your library!
